We are looking to appoint 3 Learning Support Assistants to join our school team from the start of the Autumn. All the students at Oaktree have a variety of complex needs and all find learning difficult. Our challenge is to motivate, excite and engage our students in order that they are happy, safe and make good progress in all areas of learning.

If you have already worked with children with additional needs either in a Special School or Mainstream setting, this is a great opportunity to join our committed and passionate team. As always in any school, creativity, patience and flexibility are key qualities. You will also have an area of responsibility within the curriculum offer.

Visits to the school are warmly encouraged to tour the school and speak to staff.
