Learning Support Assistants x 2

30 hours per week x 38 weeks per year

Actual Salary Range:  £15,179 - £15,455 p.a inc (Scale 2)

Required: September 2022

We are looking for enthusiastic and patient Learning Support Assistants to join our hardworking and friendly staff team.

These posts are to work in school with children with specific learning needs and/or emotional/behavioural needs.  Duties will include support for the children’s learning within the class, in groups and on an individual basis.  Duties will include providing personal care and assistance for pupils who require such support. 

The successful candidates will have a clear knowledge and understanding of working with children in a learning environment, particularly those children with learning difficulties; be willing to contribute to a team, have good communication skills and should be committed to supporting the aims of our school.  Candidates with training and a proven ability in working with children with learning difficulties and emotional/behavioural needs would be desirable.
