Worcesters is looking to appoint a dedicated and innovative non-class based Assistant Headteacher who will work as part of the Senior Leadership Team to deliver school development priorities. As a Phase leader you will be required to deliver the highest possible educational standards in the school, lead a core subject area and supporting less experienced staff. You will be required to demonstrate drive and commitment to create an atmosphere and structure in which pupils feel valued and where staff have high expectations.
The successful candidates will have:
- Proven leadership and management skills within a school environment.
- The ability to raise outcomes for children.
- The skills to communicate effectively with parents, staff and pupils.
- A passion to improve teaching and learning.
