Hours: 36 hours per week x 42 weeks per annum

Role Profile
Latymer All Saints CE Primary School is seeking to appoint an inspirational School Business Manager to join our successful, vibrant and welcoming school.
This is a key position within the school and a positive and flexible approach is required to be able to manage and be responsible for co-ordinating finance, human resources, ICT, premises and health and safety. We can offer the opportunity to work with our committed and welcoming team.
The successful candidate will be:
- working in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team;
- able to prioritise their own workload;
- responsible for managing, co-ordinating and maintaining the administrative, financial, organisational and safeguarding systems in the school;
- a confident manager of a team of support staff;
- expected to uphold the values and ethos of the school at all times;
- someone with excellent analytical skills in order to drive school improvement;
- an excellent communicator who can build strong partnerships with staff, parents and the community;
- highly professional, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality.
The successful candidate will also have a relevant professional qualification such as CSBM, DSBM or equivalent would be desirable. Applicants should have excellent spoken and written English and effective communication skills.
