EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
Start date: Immediate following successful DBS check and suitable references
Contract: 1 x permanent position.
35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year in our Early Years Foundation Stage.
Actual Salary Range: £22,605 - £22,946 p.a inc (Scale 3)

Prince of Wales Primary School is seeking to employ an Early Years Practitioner to join our Early Years team. The role will include supporting the class teacher in the education, supervision and welfare of all children in the class. You must be literate and numerate to GCSE level, grade C or above in English and Maths, and hold a NVQ Level 3 in EYFS Childcare or equivalent.
The role will include building positive and happy relationships with groups of children, keep track of their learning journey and ensure the health, safety and well-being of the children at all times. You will have responsibility for carrying out observations and activity planning for key children, as well as supporting the daily needs of all children in the class.
