Raglan is a large federation of Raglan Infant and Junior Schools with 930 pupils and 120 staff.
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and creative Teaching Assistants to support our pupils with their learning and development. Like most schools, we have a range of pupils with additional needs, who require a range of support.
There are several vacancies across all phases (Early Years/KS1/KS2) For those interested in Early Years, Raglan has a thriving Early Years phase with three nursery classes (up to 35hrs) and four reception classes. We have great learning spaces both inside and outside to help them thrive and develop.
Whilst the jobs have been advertised at full-time (32.5hrs) we are open to those who wish to job share. This would usually be a 3 day/2 day split or similar.

The successful applicant will:
● Hold a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English (A-C Grades) and a high standard of spoken English
● Be an effective communicator and have high expectations
● Be a committed and flexible team player who will be able to work well with others and share ideas
● Be a motivated person who is keen to develop their own expertise
