Role Profile

• Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with staff, governors, external partners, and the wider school community.
• A highly organised individual who can work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and ensure the school remains compliant with statutory, financial, and safeguarding requirements.
• A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and the highest standards of professionalism.
• A person who embodies the values of integrity, confidentiality, inclusivity, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
