Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Hours: 30 hours per week x 39 weeks per annum

Actual inclusive salary: £25,729 - £26,445 (Scale SO1)

Start date: 1st September 2024

Required for September 2024 on a Permanent Contract

Highfield Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, inclusive and hardworking Higher Level Teaching Assistant who can make a difference to our children. The successful candidates must have a HLTA qualification.

The successful candidate will:

·         Have very good communication skills both written and verbally

·         Have the ability to support children’s learning including those with additional needs

·         Be flexible, committed and able to use own initiative

·         Have experience and proven skills to support children in Upper KS2

·         Have a good standard of English and Mathematics
