Actual Salary Range: £23,295 - £24,740 pa inc (Scale 4)
Hours: 35 hpw / 39 wpa
8.30am to 4pm daily
Role: Permanent

The successful candidate will:
- Lead on attendance and admissions whilst adhering to the values and aims of our school
- Promote and monitor outstanding attendance for pupils in the school
- Keep up to date with legislation/policies regarding attendance
- Keep up-to-date and accurate records manually and electronically for all pupils regarding attendance and admissions
- Provide an efficient administrative service to meet the needs of the school and manage the day to day workload of the office team
- Interact on a professional level with all colleagues and establish and maintain good working relations in line with the school’s expectations
- Respect confidentiality at all times
- Maintain a calm, positive and professional approach when dealing with staff, visitors, telephone enquiries and communicating by email
