 Actul salary range:    £22,858 -  £23,184 p.a. inclusive (Scale 3)

 Waverley School is a large, Local Authority maintained day school in Enfield,  North London. Our pupils are ages 3-19 with severe complex needs.  We currently have 162 FTE pupils on roll across three sites. The largest site is Waverley School and the other two sites are Waverley@Bell Lane and Waverley@Honilands.

We have an exciting new opportunity and we wish to recruit a number of  teaching assistants to work with pupils with severe  and profound learning difficulties. Would  you be interested in supporting children and young people to reach their potential? Could you help teach them to be as independent as possible? Are you calm under pressure? Do you like to work with others in a small team? Training is given to all staff in Child Protection, manual handling, communication strategies and  other training relevant to the post.
