Days: 3 days per week (Wed – Fri)
8.45am – 3.45pm (6 hours per day)
Actual Salary Range: MPS1 (£34,514) - MPS6 (£46,001) Outer London + SEN allowance

The Governing Board are looking to appoint a Part-time (0.6) SENCO to join our team in January 2025.
We are looking to appoint a high quality, enthusiastic SENCO to work across the school. St. Andrew’s is a friendly, high-achieving Church school in the heart of Enfield Town. With close links to St. Andrew’s Church; pupils, staff and parents are very much a part of a supportive community.
You will need to:
- Demonstrate and deliver excellent teaching
- Have high expectations of every child enabling them to make exceptional progress
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Inspire, challenge, support and empower others in the delivery of SEND provision for all children with special educational needs and disabilities
- Hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) Award for SEN Coordination OR be willing to achieve the latest qualification during the early years of being in post.
- Have good interpersonal skills, establishing excellent working relationships with all staff, external professionals, governors, pupils and parents
- Ensure the best possible outcomes for SEND pupils and their families by influencing best practice across the school
- Be committed to ongoing professional development in the field of SEND
