Class Teacher Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated class teacher to join our thriving school community. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to make a positive impact on the children of Keys Meadow.

Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote a love of learning and intellectual curiosity
· Adapt teaching methods to respond to the strengths and needs of all children, ensuring they are supported and challenged appropriately
· Effectively use formative and summative assessment to track pupil progress and inform future planning
· Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment, with clear rules and high expectations for behaviour
· Contribute to the design and delivery of a dynamic and enriching curriculum within the relevant subject area(s)
· Actively participate in the wider life and ethos of the school, building positive relationships with colleagues and parents
Requirements:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
· A passion for teaching
· The ability to inspire children
· Strong subject knowledge
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
· Commitment to ongoing professional development
Desirable Qualities:
· Experience in a subject leadership role
· Enthusiasm for working with a year group partner
· Proven track record of driving pupil progress and attainment
· Creativity and the ability to think outside the box

Salary: MPS/UPS + possible TLR2a for subject leadership available to candidates with the required proven skills and abilities (Outer London)
