Salary Scale: MPS £34,514 - £46,001/UPS £47,592 - £51,179 + TLR2b £5,356

We are looking to appoint an EYFS Lead, with class teaching responsibilities, to lead and manage our nursery and reception team. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, experienced and innovative teacher with a creative vision and approach to teaching and learning, and the knowledge to drive school improvement.

The successful candidates will have:
- A knowledge of excellent Foundation Stage teaching.
- Strong understanding of leading an area of development within the school and a proven track record of school improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, lead and support both colleagues and pupils.
- The ability to lead and manage change.
- Proven ability in working as part of a team.
- Be open to challenge, risk taking and creativity.
- Skilled in rigorous tracking and monitoring of pupil progress.
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Will contribute fully to the values, aims and life of the school.
